My Definition of Spineless prick, is someone who can and should do the right thing, yet weasels out of it for fear of creating conflict and being disliked.

Someone who goes along with the herd, as it plunges over the cliff, a bunch of dead souls, who needed the companionship of other spineless pricks, provided they are liked.
The world is full of them, and far too many times, they are leaders, ego driven weasels.
